Неожиданный подарок.
В этой группе срослось всё, что мне нравится в прог-роке.Сочитание Yes, Saga, Genesis, Marillion, Rush. Из предыдущей жизни я только был в таком восторге от Marillion "Brave" (1994)!
Великолепный вокал Benoit David напоминает Jon Anderson и вкрадчивую трагичность Steve Hogarth. Величественные и трагичные мелодии просто потрясающие. Много лет на прог-сцене ничего подобного не было!
Разве что их же, предыдущий "Beneath The Veil Of Winter's Face", где впервые и появился Benoit.
Наконец-то музыканты собрались в таком сочетании, в котором можно сворачивать горы!На диске отсутствуют, так не любимые мной, попс-роковые элементы некоторых псевдо-проговых американских групп.
Всё замешано на английских и канадских составляющих музыки.Проект Michel St-Pere наконец-то дал плоды, которые обязательны к употреблению всеми знакомыми с классикой прогрессива.
Музыка с альбомов "One Among the Living" и "Beneath The Veil Of Winter's Face" накрывает ваше сознание. Вы гарантированно уплывёте на волнах мелодий!
